Payment and delivery
PAYMENT OF GOODS
The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products with delivery costs to the seller, H Logistics doo, using one of the following payment methods:
- Payment by cash on delivery
- Bank transfer - via general payment order or internet banking
- American Express® One-Time Payment
- Visa, MasterCard® or Maestro® one-time payment
The sales contract is concluded at the moment of receipt of payment. If you pay by cash on delivery, you pay the order amount in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of the goods. The delivery person offers the payment by cash on delivery service as an additional service, which is charged additionally.
If you pay by bank transfer, after creating your order you will receive all the necessary information to fill out the payment slip (general payment slip) to your email address. Your order reserves the items and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment by invoice), but some banks have their own codes. You can leave your order without a model number, but it is best to contact your bank if the system reports an error. Be sure to enter your order number in the reference number (which you received in your order confirmation). This number is used to quickly link your payment to your order.
The usual time for confirming a transaction between banks is 48 hours at most. Hlogistics.hr keeps the reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended at your request if you contact the administrator at matija.mihalj@gmail.com . The goods are delivered after the amount is transferred to the current account.
The exchange of sensitive data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of the credit card companies is carried out via a network that is completely protected from unauthorized access. Your sensitive credit card information is sent directly to the authorization center. The Hlogistics.hr web store does not store your credit card information. Import duties, customs duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office for additional costs before purchasing.
DELIVERY
The cost for all shipments within Croatia up to 40 EUR (301 HRK) is 3.50 EUR (26.37 HRK), and for shipments above 40 EUR (301 HRK), delivery is free and without additional costs, regardless of the payment method.

- Ireland 12 EUR (90 HRK), shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR (753 HRK)
- Italy 12 EUR (90 HRK), shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR (753 HRK)
- Netherlands 12 EUR (90 HRK), shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR (753 HRK)
- Germany 12 EUR (90 HRK), shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR (753 HRK)

Except for pre-orders, most products from regular sales are shipped within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 1 to 2 business days from dispatch to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller towns, shipments are delivered according to the GLS schedule).
Generally, orders received are processed the next business day (Monday to Friday) and shipped to the customer (shipment recipient) within 24 hours. Exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when, due to an increased number of orders, shipment preparation may take longer than 24 hours.

Transit time depends on the courier service, is for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed.
After ordering, you will receive:
- Order confirmation via e-mail, a few minutes after order confirmation
- Notification that the order has been shipped via GLS via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 business day of order confirmation (except during pre-order periods when the expected delivery time is longer)
- Notification that your shipment will arrive at your address the next day via SMS from GLS, if you have provided a mobile number
