REGISTRATION

Registration is not required to make a purchase through the web store www.hlogistics.hr . If you do not want to enter delivery and payment information every time, quick registration is recommended. It is enough to enter a valid e-mail address, personal information (name, surname, address, postal code, city, phone number) and an arbitrary password to access your user account. It is recommended to use a combination of characters, i.e. upper and lower case letters.

After entering this information, complete the registration by clicking on the "Register" field. Your user account remains registered in the system, and you can access it by entering your username and password on the "Login" page. For each subsequent purchase, you only need to log in with your username and password.

In case you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot your password?" on the same page. Here, leave your email address you registered with and the system will automatically send you a link to reset your password. You can change it later in your account settings.

RECEIVING ORDERS

You order goods via an electronic form. The web store is always open for orders and there are no working hours for orders. Orders are processed on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00. The buyer needs to fill out a "Profile with basic data" for payment and delivery of the desired products, and will be notified of the completed order via e-mail.

For the product you want to buy, click "Add to Cart". In the cart, you can select quantities or cancel the purchase. After selecting the desired items, click on the cart and select "Checkout". On the checkout page, fill in your details, select the delivery method, then the payment method and select "Order". A notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your email address.
H Logistics doo undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If H Logistics doo is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the customer by phone or e-mail. All other ordered products will be delivered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • information about the fact that the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods in the event that he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, or about the costs of returning the goods in the event that, in the case of a distance contract, the goods cannot be returned due to their nature, and the goods cannot be returned by mail in the usual manner.
  • information about the fact that, in the event of exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, after submitting a request pursuant to Article 64 or Article 70 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer will be obliged to pay the trader a proportionate part of the price in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Protection Act.
  • information about the fact that the buyer cannot exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act in cases where this right is excluded pursuant to Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, or about the conditions under which the consumer loses the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

The seller is liable for material defects of the goods in accordance with relevant positive regulations.

The mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution are as follows: in the event of a dispute between a consumer and a trader, a request may be submitted to the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, or a proposal for mediation in mediation centres. The procedure before the courts of honour is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Regulations on the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, which stipulate that the members of the councils of these courts, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, also include consumer representatives. Mediation before mediation centres is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Mediation Act and in accordance with the Regulation on Mediation of the Mediation Centre.
